Sales Executive

Intelligent Medical Solutions (IMS) is a leading provider of workers’ compensation medical cost containment services and software.  IMS specializes in building custom solutions to reduce our clients’ net medical expense and overhead through the application of innovative software and workflow solutions.

We are looking for a competitive sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. You will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by  generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Evaluate customers needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Meet sales targets
  • Travel to meet with existing and prospective clients
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
  • Attend meetings and sales events to keep abreast of the latest developments
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial and statistical data
  • Maintain and expand prospect database within your assigned territory
  • Present and demonstrate products and services advising on benefits
  • Negotiate fees and close sales
  • Coordinate and oversee implementations of new clients
  • Attend conferences and seminars to exhibit, cultivate leads, and meet with prospects

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
  • Computer use competency
  • Good administrative skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, persistent, self-confident, and driven
  • Medical cost containment experience desired
